Halibut but the cheeks only



But halibut is such an enormous fish so the cavities of the cheeks are huge as well and are just filled with the buttery, sweet and meaty goodness perfect for baking. (I saved some for sinigang soup tomorrow though). I just seasoned them with salt and pepper, cayenne pepper, honey mustard, added sliced yellow onion, drizzle with olive oil and off into the oven at 375 degrees F for 25 minutes. The final touch is sprigs of cilantro to add freshness to the fish. Yummy dinner last night!
